Return Policy

Maas Harvest deals in consumable food products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all honey products are non-returnable once delivered.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery
• The wrong product has been delivered
• The product is expired at the time of delivery

Customers must notify Maas Harvest within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as applicable and may change without prior notice. The final payable amount is shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines range between 2–5 business days depending on the delivery location. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly communicated at checkout.

Maas Harvest is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Return and Refund

Once a return request is verified and approved:
• A replacement may be issued, or
• A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Maas Harvest.
